This resource is for KS2 and KS3 students and was developed to complement the Artangel exhibition, And She Built a Crooked House. Using drawing as a tool to expand knowledge and unravel mathematic theories, artist Gemma Anderson-Tempini’s large-scale installation took over a Victorian house in Headingley, Leeds, from October 2023 – January 2024 as part of Leeds 2023 Year of Culture. In the rooms of the exhibition And She Built a Crooked House audiences experienced different types of spaces and geometric shapes that explored the idea of different dimensions.
